A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. • Contractors The purchase contract is concluded with MA Mods., owner: Marek Hess, Hambachstrasse 18, 65624, Altendiez • Conclusion of contract o The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order. o By clicking the [Buy/order with costs] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation email immediately after receipt of your order. • Right of Withdrawal The order can be revoked until the order has not been sent electronically by email. Once the order has been sent via email as a vbf file, cancellation of the order is impossible • Prices and shipping costs o The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. • Delivery o Delivery is only by e-mail as a VBF file. • Payment o Payment is made by bank transfer via Paypal or bank account. o If you choose the payment method bank account transfer, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. • Retention of title o Until full payment, the goods remain our property, consumers only buy the right for one-time installation for only 1 vehicle of the file, multiple installations in multiple vehicles is prohibited.
